HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

We deliver Sydney wide, with a flat rate of $15.

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?

All products are shipped frozen. This does not affect the quality of the product. Shelf life of all products is 2-3 weeks and 3 months in freezer. Thaw before consumption

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY COME?

Deliveries come between 8am-8pm. You will be sent a 2-hour delivery time frame on the morning of delivery. Some Sydney areas are only on particular days, you will see this upon checkout. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All products in stock will be shipped and delivered within 2-3 days. Our stock does run out quickly though so it may take a few extra days.We make all of our Oat Creme Cheese in house and goes through a fermentation process so it really is a labour of love! If you have a date you need your order to arrive by, please pop the request in the order notes!

CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?

Yes, we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes in the cart before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card.

HOW DOES COMPASSION CREAMERY PACK ITS PRODUCTS?

All Compassion Creamery products need to be chilled upon arrival and are shipped frozen with insulated bubble wrap and an ice brick.

WILL I BE UPDATED ON MY ORDER?

Yes! You'll have live tracking just like Uber! And you'll also receive 2 emails and 3 SMSs, the first on the day of delivery at 8am, then when the driver is a few minutes away, and finally on delivery.
