HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

We deliver Sydney wide for a flat fee depending on suburb (see pricing at checkout). In other words, your order can be as big or small as you want for the same price.

For full transparency, we do not add any margin onto the shipping fee, and absorb as much of it as we can.

Please note we are a small operation so any reshipping will require an additional fee.

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?

All products are shipped frozen. This does not affect the quality of the product. Shelf life of all products is 2-3 weeks and 3 months in freezer. Thaw before consumption

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY COME?

Deliveries come between 8am-8pm. You will be sent a delivery time frame the evening before delivery. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All products in stock will be shipped and delivered within 1 week. Our stock does run out quickly though so it may take a few extra days. We make all of our delectable products in house so it really is a labour of love! If you have a date you need your order to arrive by, please pop the request in the order notes!

CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?

Yes, we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes in the cart before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card.

HOW DOES COMPASSION CREAMERY PACK ITS PRODUCTS?

All Compassion Creamery products need to be chilled upon arrival and are shipped frozen via frozen courier. Store at fridge temperature or in the freezer if you need a longer shelf life (up to 6 months).

Our online store area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible. To help you make the right selection please use this information and select carefully. 

1. Unless otherwise agreed by us in its absolute discretion, all Products are sold on a no return basis.
2. In the event we agree to the return of the Products for credit, You will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to return the Products.
3. If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will pay as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
